For purchases $25.00 and over: All major credit cards are accepted for purchases of $25.00 and over (excluding postage). Email your order (Order Form not needed) and an invoice will be sent to you by return email. Follow the link provided in the invoice to the secure PayPal pay site (You don't need a PayPal account to use it). DO NOT send us your credit card info. DO NOT make payment with PayPal without first receiving an invoice. - Please include your name and shipping address with your order.

We welcome your purchase by check or money order for ALL ITEMS. Please download the Adobe® PDF format Order Form by clicking the link below. If you need a PDF file reader you can get a free one from Adobe® by clicking the link at the bottom of the page. Please note that not all items are in stock at all times. Check for availability before mailing payment. Please make your check or money order payable to Ken Lunders.

Shipping charges for direct orders in the lower 48 United States, unless otherwise noted: A $2.50 shipping charge applies to glazing and details ordered together regardless of the quantity. No shipping charges apply to orders totaling $250.00 or more. Items generally go by 1st class mail. Insurance is available at additional cost.

Foreign Deliveries, Alaska and Hawaii: Please contact us prior to placing an order. These orders may require higher shipping charges. Priority Mail and insurance may be available at extra cost.
